Returned Goods

We trade under the Distance Selling Regulations and offer a returns and refunds facility for goods purchased online accordingly.

If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days from when you take delivery. In order to return your purchase you must let us know by sending an email to info@weardaletradingpost.co.uk within 7 days from when you take delivery and before returning an order to us.

Return postage or delivery costs must be met by yourself. Please return via a recorded / signed for postal service, or a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost or delayed or damaged in the general postal system. If you need help just contact us.

Goods must be returned in packaging such as they were delivered in, and in their original, undamaged state.

Once your goods have been returned to us and we’ve been able to confirm that they are in a condition which meets our returns criteria, a store credit or full refund can be issued less the cost of postage / delivery and packaging.
